Building permit for the next construction phase of the new VIERZIG549 complex

Now it's here – in black and white, spread across three folders: The building authority of the state capital Düsseldorf has now granted us the building permit for the next construction phase of the new VIERZIG549 complex in Düsseldorf-Heerdt.

Starting in January 2021, 68 residential units will be built on construction site 1.5, covering a total area of approximately 5,800 square meters. These will include apartments with two to five rooms, as well as eight townhouse apartments. A shared underground car park with 77 parking spaces completes the residential concept. Construction site 1.5 is expected to be completed in Q3 2022 and then handed over to the new owners.

In the popular Heerdt district of Düsseldorf, Die Wohnkompanie NRW is working with BAUWENS to develop the already partially completed urban quarter with a wide range of residential and leisure facilities.

The VIERZIG549 project – living space with many possibilities:
in addition to excellent transport links to Düsseldorf city center, the urban complex offers over 3,000 square meters of public green space, plenty of room for spending time with family and friends. Versatile living space is being created on 140,000 square meters, offering individual floor plans for every stage of life.

Various commercial spaces, from offices to grocery stores, as well as a now completed daycare center round out the offerings at VIERZIG549 and leave nothing to be desired in terms of living.
