Our sales process in six steps

1

Dream apartment discovered

Find out about our different apartment types, including floor plans, prices, and amenities. Once you have found your dream apartment, arrange a personal consultation with us. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have, discuss details, and guide you on your way to your new home.

2

Consultation appointment

In a personal consultation, we take the time to get to know you and respond to your individual wishes and needs. We provide you with comprehensive and transparent advice.
With the help of clear visualizations and interior design samples, you will get a vivid impression of potential apartments.

3

Reservation

After you make your free reservation in writing, you will receive all relevant purchase documents directly from the notary's office within three business days, including a draft of the purchase agreement for your desired apartment.
For this step, we only require your signature and a financing certificate. A binding financing commitment is not yet required at this stage.
You will have plenty of time before the notary appointment to clarify any questions you may have about the property and finalize your financing. On request, we will be happy to put you in touch with an experienced financing partner who will provide you with expert support.

4

Notary appointment

At the notary appointment, the purchase agreement will be read aloud in its entirety and reviewed with you point by point. This ensures that all content is transparent and understandable.
With your signature, the purchase becomes legally binding and you are officially registered as the future owner of your new home.
At this point, the land charge should also be available to ensure that the rest of the process runs smoothly.

5

Congratulations!

The signed purchase agreement marks the start of the personalization of your apartment. You can conveniently configure your special requests via our buyer portal.
In addition, we invite you to a personal appointment to discuss your specifications in detail. The appointment can be flexibly adjusted to the progress of construction. We will then commission the implementation of your wishes.

6

What happens next?

After signing the contract, the first ancillary cost payment is due, consisting of 6.5% real estate transfer tax and approx. 1.5% notary and court costs. The purchase price is paid in seven installments in accordance with MaBV.
Around one year after construction begins, we will invite you to an information event. Here you will receive all the information you need about the next steps until the keys are handed over.

Approximately six months before final acceptance, a preliminary inspection of your apartment will take place, during which you can see the progress of construction and discuss any final details. Your apartment will then be handed over to you, and the five-year warranty period will begin with the handover of the keys.
