Another milestone for Vierzig549: Construction phase 5 fully sold

Good news from Düsseldorf-Heerdt: construction sites 1.5 and 1.6 have been completely sold!

A total of 143 apartments were handed over to their owners. Both construction sites were completed on schedule after a 24-month construction period. The green space between construction phases 4 and 5 will open in September.

With the successful sale of the fifth construction phase, the joint VIERZIG549 neighborhood development in Düsseldorf-Heerdt by Die Wohnkompanie and Bauwens is progressing at a rapid pace.
